We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our portfolio of properties in and around Saco, ME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to property managers and team members
- Manage and maintain property files, records, and documentation
- Assist with tenant communication, inquiries, and lease processing
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Support billing, rent collection, and payment processing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
