About the Role Our client seeks a proactive and experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations at their diverse agricultural enterprise in George . You will be responsible for leading a team of farm workers, maintaining equipment, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and pest control. Manage livestock health, feeding programs, and breeding strategies for optimal herd performance. Develop and manage the farm's operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Maintain farm machinery and infrastructure, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead, train, and motivate a team of farm laborers to achieve high standards of work. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in farm management or a similar supervisory role. Demonstrated knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm equipment operation.
