You'd be working on a mix of long-standing legacy program work and newer, higher-volume aerospace, semiconductor, and aluminum production, with real ownership of first-article work and a brand-new DN Solutions 5-axis mill-turn machine just coming online. Turning is the shop's top priority, so strong lathe programming experience carries particular weight.
What you'll be doing
Machines, controls and software
Lathes include Mazak (2/3/4-axis), DN Solutions dual-spindle, and Okuma (mill-turn capable); mills are all Mazak. A DN Solutions DVF-5000 5-axis machine just came online. Controls are Fanuc and Mazatrol. The shop programs primarily in Fusion 360 and Mastercam.
