What You'll Do - Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows
- Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, EHR documentation examples, and clinical decision pathways
- Identify errors, unsafe recommendations, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated nursing content
- Provide structured, expert feedback using clear rubrics and written notes
- Translate your hands-on clinical knowledge into actionable insights that improve AI quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are - Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards
- Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required - your nursing expertise is what matters
Nice to Have - Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
- Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical auditing
- Familiarity with informatics frameworks or clinical decision support systems
