Silver Lake Estates is a Washington winery and spirits business rooted in the Rattlesnake Hills wine region near Zillah. Our portfolio includes locally produced wines and grape-based spirits, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated salesperson to help bring our brands to more tables and shelves.

This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership, build lasting customer relationships, and grow with a family-owned business.

About the Role

You’ll introduce our wines and spirits to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail accounts within an agreed local territory. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, and turning introductions into repeat business.

This flexible opportunity may be a good fit for someone with existing restaurant or retail relationships who wants to expand their sales portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers through in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups.
• Open new accounts and generate wine and spirits orders.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.
• Present our products and arrange tastings and promotions where permitted.
• Support brand awareness through local events and account promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, account activity, and sales.
• Work with ownership on pricing proposals, sales opportunities, and territory growth.

What We’re Looking For

• An outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Confidence approaching business owners, retail buyers, and beverage managers.
• An organized, self-motivated approach with consistent follow-through.
• Sales, beverage, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience.
• An interest in wine and spirits and a willingness to learn our products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the agreed territory.
• Existing industry relationships are a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-only outside sales opportunity with no base salary .

• Earn 10% commission on collected net product sales from accounts you develop and actively manage.
• Earn the same commission on repeat orders from those accounts while you continue managing them.
• Net product sales exclude taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and returns.
• Commissions are calculated monthly under a written commission agreement.
• Earnings depend on sales generated; no annual earnings amount is guaranteed.
